D135 Anti-Oil Contamination Leveling Agent

This product is specially designed to resist oil contamination on substrates. When the substrate is contaminated with silicone oil or grease that is difficult to remove completely, it can cause problems such as poor adhesion, pinholes, and craters. Using this product can effectively solve these issues. It also offers excellent leveling and recoatability.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation for solvent-based systems; for water-based systems, the dosage can be increased appropriately.

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, it can be prediluted with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, aromatics, hydrocarbons; can be diluted in any ratio.

Suitable Coating Systems:

Solvent-based systems, solvent-free systems, water-based systems

Precautions

• This product still provides some hand feel. If enhanced hand feel is desired, try HB-1134.

• When used in combination with other additives, tests should be conducted prior to industrial production.

Restrictions

Avoid mixing with other additives if possible.

Packaging and Storage

1. This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical.

2. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drum, or customized according to user requirements.

3. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment.

4. Shelf life: 12 months.
