Polyether, alkyl co-modified polydimethylsiloxane. An additive used to control the surface tension of liquid-phase materials. Mainly used in various coating resins. It reduces the surface tension of the system, promotes leveling, enhances substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and improves surface slip and gloss. It is a versatile leveling agent with good performance. It has better defoaming performance. This product has special effects on preventing color floating and enhancing color depth in PU leather.

Application Recommendations
Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on the total formulation
Addition method: Can be added at any stage during production. For ease of addition, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.
Solvent types: Can be diluted in arbitrary ratios with water, alcohols, alkanes, and aromatics.
Precautions
In most systems, recoatability should not be an issue.
Although it has an effect on release and anti-blocking, there are more optimized choices for highlighting this function.
It may cause cloudiness or oil separation in systems containing ester solvents. If unsuitable, please contact our Application Technology Department. Testing or trials should be conducted before industrial production.
Restrictions
Be cautious when mixing with other additives.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous goods. Packaging specification is 25Kg plastic drum, or custom-made according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life is 12 months.
