This product has advantages such as good leveling, high efficiency, low foam stabilization, abrasion and scratch resistance, increased substrate wetting, and anti-cratering. It can be used as a leveling agent for solvent-based and UV-curable coatings. Suitable for UV coatings, UV inks, wood coatings, varnishes, industrial coatings, printing inks (especially UV offset inks), inkjet inks, and leather coatings.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For easier addition, it can be pre-diluted with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be used for dilution in any ratio.

• Applicable coating systems: Solvent-based, solvent-free, UV systems

Precautions

• In most systems, recoatability should not be an issue.

• Although it has some effect in release and anti-blocking, there are better alternatives for that function.

• May cause turbidity or oil separation in systems containing ester solvents. If unsuitable, please contact our Application Technology Department. The risk of such products is causing craters. Users should focus on this when selecting similar products. Testing or evaluation should be conducted before industrial production.

Packaging and Storage

1. This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical.

2. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drum, or customized according to user requirements.

3. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.

4. Shelf life: 12 months.
