Product Description
D148 improves wetting on substrates and prevents cratering. This additive also significantly enhances the slip of the coating film, thereby improving scratch resistance. Compared to other silicone additives, it significantly reduces foam stabilization. It is effective even at low dosage.
Application Recommendations
Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of total formulation
Addition method: Add during grinding or stirring, or supplement after production. For easy addition, dilute with a suitable solvent first.
Solvent types: Can be diluted with water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics in any ratio.
Applicable coating systems: Solvent-based, solvent-free, water-based systems
Precautions
Use with caution when mixing with other additives.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical.
Packaging: 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg plastic drum, or customized as per customer requirements.
Store in a cool, dry, sealed place.
Shelf life: 12 months
