Product Description
D2271 is a polyether-modified polysiloxane compound. This product can strongly reduce the surface tension of the system, thus providing strong wetting ability. It is an excellent substrate wetting and leveling agent, and can also improve the color development performance of the coating.

Can be used on mirror paper, with good wetting ability and excellent leveling performance.
Significantly increases the water tolerance of the slurry, effectively preventing pinholes, craters, and floating caused by excessive water.
Significantly improves surface haze or whitening caused by moisture introduced during storage due to high humidity environments.
Obviously improves surface defects caused by impurities in the slurry, such as poor wetting, promotes flow, and forms a good coating.
Sensitive to pH value, it is recommended to use in the range of pH=6-8.
Application
Used in the production of PU and PVC artificial leather.

Generally 0.2% to 1% of the total resin amount;
