Product Description
This product uses the company's latest microcapsule emulsification technology to emulsify ultra-high molecular weight silicone polymer into nano-emulsion, and has excellent emulsification stability even at high dilution ratios. It can greatly reduce the coefficient of friction of coatings, prevent adhesion, and improve slip and wear resistance. Suitable for water-based paint/water-based ink systems.
D6100 itself contains a thickener, so it has better dilution stability.
Application Recommendations
Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation
Addition method: This product should be first diluted with a small amount of water (in multiple portions) with stirring until the desired concentration, then compounded into the system.
Applicable coating systems: oil-based, solvent-free, water-based

This product is limited to use in water-based systems.
