Characteristics

New functional nona-functional PUA, high functionality, high hardness, high wear-resistant polyurethane, provides excellent curing performance in formulations, improves the curing degree of low-functional PEA, and increases its hardness. Benzene-free, halogen-free, odorless, low viscosity, non-irritating, non-toxic, fast curing speed, high hardness, and oxygen inhibition resistance.

Applications

Mainly used in combination with low-functional PEA to improve its curing performance and degree, increase its hardness, and facilitate polishing improvement of coatings. Also used in formulations such as paper inks, functional inks, functional coatings, adhesives, and casting compounds. Suitable for one-coat UV, casting compounds, high pigment/filler formulations, dark color formulations, aluminum powder, and gold powder deep-color formulations, improving low-energy curing performance. Can be used in LED formulations.

Storage

This product is packed in iron drums. Keep away from alkaline substances, oxidizers, peroxides, heavy metals, and reducing agents. Store in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life: 12 months.

Safety

1. Mildly irritating to skin and eyes. In case of contact, immediately rinse with soap and plenty of water. If severe, seek medical attention immediately.
